Shipping & Returns Policy (Summary)

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Invalid payment or address info may delay processing by 3-5 days.
  • Shipping & Delivery:
    • Domestic shipping times depend on the selected method.
    • TITAN TRANSFORM is not liable for delivery delays due to external factors.
    • Lost, stolen, or refused packages are not refundable until returned and reviewed.
  • International Shipping: Some countries may experience delays of 4-12 weeks due to customs. Additional fees may apply.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Wrong Address: Buyers are responsible for entering the correct address. Address changes are not guaranteed. If an incorrect address causes non-delivery, refunds or reshipping will only be possible if the package is returned.
  • Returns & Refunds:
    • All bottles (used or unused, including free items) must be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
    • The return must include order details. Missing bottles or incorrect details may result in partial refunds.
    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process after approval.
