Returns & Refunds Policy (Summary)
- Return Window:
- You have 90 days from the purchase date to return your product for a refund.
- How to Return:
- Email support@titantransform.com within 90 days to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
- Include the RMA number with your return package.
- Ship the item at your own cost within 14 days of receiving the RMA and provide tracking details.
- The item must be in good condition with all original accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items cannot be returned.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
- If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card provider. If issues persist, contact support@titantransform.com.
- Exchanges:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can exchange it for a new one within 90 days.
- Gift Returns:
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit.
- If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
