Returns & Refunds Policy (Summary)

  • Return Window:
  • You have 90 days from the purchase date to return your product for a refund.
  • How to Return:
  • Email support@titantransform.com within 90 days to request a Return Authorization (RMA).
  • Include the RMA number with your return package.
  • Ship the item at your own cost within 14 days of receiving the RMA and provide tracking details.
  • The item must be in good condition with all original accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items cannot be returned.
  • Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved or denied.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card provider. If issues persist, contact support@titantransform.com.
  • Exchanges:
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you can exchange it for a new one within 90 days.
  • Gift Returns:
  • If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit.
  • If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
